This Section shows a rigid connection with an infill slab. The infill slab has covered the bolts of this column, l assume that this was done for aesthetics purposes as well as safety reasons as this section is part of the Basketball courts.

Beam/Rafter are bolted at the apex, and the purlins are running perpendicular to the rafters. Also noted is the insulation which is silver in colour and the wire mash to hold it in place.
